TVs feature the dya activities and races. Tickets include 20 Skybox ribbons, 10 Members Hill car passes and 10 complimentary race programs.

RAILSIDE TENTS
Railside Party Tents offer up close viewing where you will feel the thundering hooves of horses as they race by your party. Located off Members Hill, each tent accommodates up to 100 guests. There are a variety of ways to arrange your Railside Tent party. Be sure to visit our Party Planning page.
(Up to 100 guests*) – North or South $3,000 ($635 charitable deduction)
Includes 20’x20’ tent on racecourse rail with 8' x 20' picketed patio in front of the tent and a 16' x 20' picketed patio behind; Please specify North or South. Tickets include 25 Reserved Rail car passes, or up to two Bus Passes (you may trade 10 car passes per bus pass) admitting all passengers AND 2 Service Vehicle passes. Vans, limos or buses must have proper parking pass for admittance! Bring your own food and refreshments, or select an official caterer from the VGC 2009 list of licensed caterers. If you purchase more than one Railside Party Tent, you must order VGCA security.
(up to 25 Guests) – North or South $1050 ($210 charitable deduction)
Rail 4 Tent includes 15’x15’ tent on Rail 4. North tent includes one Reserved Rail car pass, 3 General car passes, and 6 Members Hill badges; South tent includes 2 Reserved Rail car pass, 2 General car passes, and 6 Members Hill badges.

CATERING
The Virginia Gold Cup Association is pleased to provide the following selection of outstanding caterers licensed to serve food and beverage at the Virginia Gold Cup. Menu links for each caterer are provided below. For detailed menus, pricing, etc… please contact the individual official caterer.
All tents on Members Hill are required to use Grand Cuisine, or, guests may “self-cater” which means, they personally bring and serve their own food and beverage in their tent. Railside tent members are also welcome to use Grand Cuisine for all their catering needs. Please contact:
All Railside tents must use either Grand Cuisine, or a caterer from the following list. No outside caterers will be permitted to the grounds. Like Members Hill tent members, Railside tent members may “self-cater” which means, they personally bring and serve their own food and beverage in their tent.

While public facilities are available, private portable restroom(s) may only be rented for Reserved Tent Spaces (either Members Hill or Railside Party tents). Ample public facilities are available for North/South Rail Reserved Car spaces and General Admission guests free of charge. Please don't forget to bring a padlock and key for your rented unit - this will be the only way to control access to your unit.
