Official International Gold Cup Bus Trip

General Admission Car Pass - North Rail
NOT AVAILABLE FOR SALE
All you need is a blanket or chair and a General Admission Car Pass. Admits vehicle and 6 passengers to the North general parking area. Order in advance! Price increases to $65.00 during the week before the race.

Viewing areas are easily identified by both signage and race course fencing brightly painted in yellow.
Pack your own picnic basket or purchase food and beverages in the Tavern Tents and enjoy a day of thrilling steeplechase racing.

General Admission Car Pass - South Rail

Bus Pass North

For vehicles transporting more than 30 passengers you will need to purchase this special bus parking pass. Please contact us at 540-347-2612 to ensure you have the correct parking pass. Vehicles without the proper pass will be not be allowed to enter the event parking area.

Bus Pass South

CD = Charitable Donation
Ticket sales benefit the Great Meadow Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of Great Meadow's open space for community access. The CD describes the amount directly donated to the Great Meadow Foundation and may be used as a tax deduction.

Members Hill Reserved Spaces

Please Note:
All reserved spaces may be renewed by the person who purchased the space for the 2008 International Gold Cup. The renewal deadline is September 2, 2008. After that all spaces will be sold on a first-paid first-served basis. Please consider this when you place your order for a reserved space. We will assign you the best available space and will contact you should we not be able to meet your reservation request.

Oakwood Box

Railside Party Tents

Enjoy up-close viewing where you will feel the horses thundering hooves as they race by your party. Located off Members Hill, each tent accommodates up to 100 guests.

Cost includes one 20'x20' tent located on the racecourse rail with 8'x20' picketed patio in front of the tent and a 16' x 20' picketed patio behind the tent, 2 Service Vehicle Passes and 30 Reserved car passes, which may be traded for up to 2 bus passes (you may trade 10 car passes for one bus pass; 4 car passes for one van pass. Busses and Vans MUST have the correct vehicle pass or will not be admitted to the event gounds!).

North Railside Party Tent

Catered Railside Tent

This railside party tent option includes the "Winners Circle" luncheon from Grand Cuisine. A choice of 3 salads, 2 entrees and 2 snacks will be delivered on disposable platters, plus plasticware and the services of one waiter will be available to you and your guests. Security
NOT AVAILABLE FOR SALE
Security is required between the hours of noon and 5:00pm for railside parties of 100 or more guests. If you ordered two or more railside party tents, please order security as well!

Railside Party Tents do not come with tables and chairs. Remember to contact Capital Party Rentals at (703) 787-8368 for all your equipment needs.

Reserved Parking Spaces

Please Note: New Reserved Rail Parking packages!

Reserved parking spaces are available in rows 1 through 3 (row 1 being closest to the race course) on the North side and rows 1 - 4 on the South side. Cost includes a 12'x 20' space which comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests. 1 Reserved parking pass and 4 Members Hill badges. To facilitate viewing of all rows, no vehicles over 7' will be admitted to rows 1 through 3 of the reserved parking areas.
